Project Requirement: More Privacy Within an Open Office

Employees frequently need a private place to make business calls, join online meetings or complete tasks that require concentration. However, building additional meeting rooms may require extensive construction and permanently occupy valuable office space.

A modular office soundproof booth provides a more flexible solution. It can add a functional private area to an existing workplace while reducing the need for major renovation work.

For this project, the two single-person pods were selected to support:

Business calls and customer communication

Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings

Individual focused work

Remote interviews and one-to-one conversations

Tasks involving private or sensitive information

With two booths available, employees can handle phone calls and online meetings simultaneously without unnecessarily occupying larger conference rooms.

White Acoustic Pods for a Modern Office Interior

The clean white exterior was chosen to complement the modern office environment. Its neutral appearance works naturally with light-coloured walls, glass partitions and a wide range of office furniture styles.

Instead of appearing visually heavy, the white acoustic pods help maintain a bright and open atmosphere. The transparent glass panels further reduce the sense of enclosure and allow employees outside the booth to see whether it is currently in use.

This combination of functionality and understated design makes the pods suitable for modern corporate offices, coworking spaces, technology companies, financial institutions and professional service firms.

Each single-person soundproof booth incorporates a multilayer acoustic structure and double-layer glass, providing approximately 35 dB of sound reduction. This helps limit the impact of surrounding office noise while improving speech privacy during calls and video meetings.

A fresh-air ventilation system maintains continuous airflow when the door is closed, creating a more comfortable environment for everyday use. Integrated lighting and power connections allow users to work with laptops, mobile phones and other office devices without requiring additional external installations.

The compact interior provides sufficient space for individual work while keeping the overall footprint suitable for offices where floor area must be used carefully.
