Soundproof Structure

SpeX soundproof pods are built on a precision-engineered multi-layer acoustic structure that combines isolation, absorption, and damping technologies to achieve SGS Class A sound insulation.

  • Structure

    6063 Aviation Aluminum Alloy apply for whole structure with 2.5-4mm thickness More stable and durable structure.

  • Wall Construction

    Aluminum frame + steel panels + E0-grade composite plywood + Honeycomb panels+ 15mm thick acoustic panels + Gabriel Mozart eco-friendly material

  • Acoustic Glass

    Triple-layer laminated glass with PVB interlayer and sealed air gaps. Reduces mid-to-high frequency noise (speech, phone rings, keyboard sounds) by up to 38 dB.
